  • Involve in the quality team to identify process pain and problem, root cause, and improvement opportunities
  • Enforce the solution implementation for sustained improvement
  • Balance the improvements to serve key targets of process effectiveness & efficiency and staff engagement
  • Create variety of activities suitable to SCBLIFE staff to build their skills in innovation and quality management
  • Execute the activities as plan
  • Involve in the change management program after key project to ensure smooth process implementation, able to identify issue, and take corrective actions
  • Represent SCBLIFE to work with SCB Standard Banking Procedure team in updating SOP with major changes after project completion
  • Monitor progress and liaise with SCBLIFE business units to resolve any arising issues
  • Ensure completion of SOP Update cycle in line with agreed framework
  • Make change to SOP with minor changes

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Minimum 3 years working in an Insurance or a Financial Services organization
  • Some experiences in quality management (lean & Six Sigma) and operational process improvement
  • Good analysis data skills
  • Good MS-Office
  • English proficiency
