  • Assist the deputy president-risk management with the implementation of the operational/ strategic risk management frameworks
  • Update risk policies by incorporating best practices and ensure full compliance with regulators and the group
  • Perform risks root cause analysis and recommend improvements
  • Analyze and identify trends for the key risk indicators
  • Support in the preparation of various committees (Risk, Audit, board)
  • Identify risk areas within the life insurance systems
  • Provide recommendations on the IT security controls
  • Support various IT risk assurance projects as needed
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and project works, if an when needed

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration or any related field
  • Minimum 5-10 years experiences in Life Insurance Industry
  • Good understanding the life insurance operation cycle
  • Excellence communication and negotiating skills
  • Having tasks ownership and proactively are essential
  • Optimistic, self-driven, detail-minded mindset and attitude
  • Very structured work approach, high attention to details and reliability
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks in parallel
  • Great listening skills, with an open mind and team-oriented approach
  • Structured thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Works well under pressure and easily adapts to changes in priorities
  • Professional in MS Office
