  • Provide and lead for incident management process
  • Handle on the entire incident management process
  • Track incidents and escalate to others from service desk
  • Prepare an incident report for management
  • Ensure efficient flow of incidents through service desk (Tier1/ Tier2)
  • Coordinate activities between multiple support groups to ensure adherence to extant service level agreements where other groups are needed to resolve a single service desk incident
  • Communicate and coordinate IT-related issues and activities between IT services and business end-users

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  • Bachelor’s or Higher degree in Computer Science or IT related fields
  • 5-7 years experiences of incident/problem management (insurance or financial environment will be an advantage)
  • Proven communication skills with multiple levels of an organization
  • Strong influencing and relationship management skills
  • Customer service-oriented mindset, high self discipline
  • High level of IT literacy – MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
  • Proactive, self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups
